Content Policy

1. Our Commitment

Flux 3 Image is built for legitimate AI motion video creation, brand storytelling, launch concepts, social clips, and creative production. We prohibit content and behavior that creates legal, safety, privacy, or platform risk.

2. Allowed Use

• Text-to-image tests, reference-guided stills, product concepts, advertising concepts, and social image creative.
• Motion prompt drafting, reference image animation, format adaptation, and short-form video concepts.
• Brand moodboards, shared prompt libraries, approved generation history, and team creative review.
• API usage for lawful motion video production and internal creative operations.

3. Adult and Sexual Content

We do not allow sexual, adult, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, or otherwise NSFW content. This applies to prompts, uploads, edits, generated outputs, videos, references, and attempts to bypass safety filters.

• Any sexualized content involving minors or apparent minors is strictly prohibited.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, exploitation, or coercive sexual content is prohibited.
• Accounts connected to these attempts may be suspended or terminated and may be ineligible for refunds.

4. Illegal or Harmful Content

• Illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, or financial deception.
• Instructions or promotion for weapons manufacturing, physical harm, evading law enforcement, or dangerous activities.
• Human trafficking, exploitation, drug trafficking, counterfeit goods, or regulated goods sold unlawfully.
• Terrorism, violent extremism, threats, harassment, or targeted abuse.

5. Hate, Harassment, and Violence

• Hateful, dehumanizing, or discriminatory content targeting protected characteristics.
• Graphic violence, gore, cruelty, intimidation, or content designed to shock or threaten.
• Harassment, stalking, bullying, doxxing, or malicious impersonation.

6. Misleading or Deceptive Media

• Deepfakes or impersonation intended to mislead, defraud, or damage someone.
• False product claims, fake endorsements, deceptive before-and-after images, or fabricated compliance marks.
• Election, medical, financial, or public-safety misinformation.

7. Intellectual Property and Brand Rights

You are responsible for having rights to reference images, logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, likenesses, and other assets you upload or request. Do not use the service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

• Do not upload or generate private personal information without permission.
• Do not create images or videos intended to expose, shame, impersonate, or manipulate private individuals.
• Do not use the service for surveillance, biometric identification, or invasive profiling.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

We may automatically or manually review prompts, uploads, outputs, accounts, device signals, payment metadata, and logs to detect abuse and enforce this Policy.

Enforcement may include blocking a request, removing content, restoring or withholding credits, suspending access, terminating an account, or reporting unlawful content where required.

10. Reports and Appeals

If you believe content was incorrectly blocked or want to report abuse, contact support@flux3image.org. Include relevant account details, timestamps, and context so we can review the issue.
